Dr. Frank E. Stranges and the Mystery of Valiant Thor
One of the many old gold cases that Ive come across, is the extraordinary account of Dr. Frank E. Stranges having an encounter with a star man claiming to be from Venus, known as Valiant Thor.

Dr. Frank was not simply interested in UFO's in the skies. His writings presented a much larger idea: that advanced beings from beyond Earth may have been quietly interacting with humanity, observing our civilisation and attempting to guide it away from destruction for a very long time. In fact, many that have face to face encounters share the same theme. Dr. Frank said how upon his first meeting with Val Thor, it was as if Val looked straight through him. He said his skin was soft to the touch—like baby skin, and that he wore a special type of one piece garment with fabric that seemed to glitter in the sun but was indestructible. When Dr. Frank enquired as to the material, Val said it was a material "not from this Earth."
According to the account presented by Dr. Frank Stranges, Valiant Thor arrived near Alexandria, Virginia, in March 1957. Thor was described as remarkably human in appearance, and had it not been for the craft he landed in, would pass for a normal looking human. Dr. Frank says that after Thor's arrival he was taken into Washington and eventually brought into contact with senior members of the United States government.

Dr. Frank also made it explicably clear that Val Thor's purpose was entirely peaceful. “He told me that his purpose in coming was to help mankind return to the Lord Jesus,” Dr. Frank said. “He spoke in positive terms but said that man of Earth was further away from God than ever before. He also said that he had been on Earth for almost 3 years and would be leaving in just a few months. He said that he was from Venus and at the time, there was 77 of them walking the Earth—constantly coming and going.
A similar account was also shared with the face to face encounter with Albert Coe, encountering a Venusian man, who also stated that there were many of them working quietly within the Earth without Earthmen knowing who they really were.
Lack of fingerprints
Dr. Frank took a strong interest when he realised Val Thor did not have any fingerprints. Val said that all people of the Earth were marked since the fall of Adam in the Garden of Eden, during the very dawn of civilisation.
On speaking about Jesus, Val told Dr. Frank that Jesus gave His life freely, so that men could enjoy the benefits of eternal life. He also further questioned Val about a Bible on Venus and Val issued him that a personal unbroken fellowship with the “Author” did not necessitate the printing of a ‘book’. Val stated” I know that Jesus is the Alpha and the Omega of your and everyone else’s Fatih. He today has assumed His rightful position as ruler of the universe and is preparing a place and a time for all who are called by His Name to ascend where His Power and Authority shall never again be disputed.

Dr. Frank asked Val if there was life on other planets. “There is life on many other planets of which people of Earth know nothing,” he stated. “ There are more systems for which man has not even given God credit. There are many beings that have never transgressed the perfect laws of God. Man does not possess the right to condemn the whole of God’s creation because he himself has broken the perfect laws of God through disobedience."

Meeting the President
According to Dr. Frank, Val Thor met with President Dwight D. Eisenhower in 1957 to offer advanced space technology in exchange for the end of human nuclear weapons. The meeting was not fruitful and it was said to Val that it would cause an economic collapse. Val did say that only a few leaders availed themselves to his advice during the 3 years he had been on Earth, and yet there was so much left to do. There are many adversaries to human freedom and they have embedded themselves in all areas of human society and will not be exposed except by ET intervention.

Life on Other Planets
Dr. Frank ask Val Thor if there is life on other planets. “There is life on many other planets of which people on Earth know nothing,” Val stated. "There are more solar systems for which man has not even given God red. There are many being that have never transgressed the perfect laws of God. Man does not possess the right to condemn the who of God’s creation because he himself has broken the perfect laws of God through disobedience.”
Soon after Dr. Franks first imminent encounter with Val Thor, Val left Earth expressing a chance of meeting again. That meeting wasn’t until almost a year later, when Dr. Frank was driving in Beverly Hills, California, when Val suddenly appeared in the back seat of his car.
“Hello Frank, how are you?” He said earnestly.
As the years went on, Val revealed more information regarding the activities of the Venusians on the planet. They had made communication bases in private residences, from city to city in major areas around the world.They used public transportation to blend in with the Earth folk, even commercial aircraft in some instances. But these cosmic interactions with the off world star family didn’t come without its problems.

On multiple times, Dr. Frank survived assassination attempts. One was a food poisoning in Germany by two men acting as interviewers of an Italian newspaper /magazine and laced his tomato soup. It was the cosmic friends that had come to Dr. Frank’s rescue, advising him that they were not only the infamous Men in Black, but were black not only in dress, but also in motive and in heart.
Another was on the outskirts of Las Vegas at sunset on is way to a meeting with Val and his people. Three men in black waved Dr. Frank from his taxied plane looking like his chauffeurs to usher him away in a black Cadillac. Dr. Frank was seated in the back of the car and alarm bells went off when they started smoking. SPACE PEOPLE DO NOT SMOKE, he thought to himself. No sooner the car was pulled off the road and Dr. Frank was hurled into a brawl by two of these men trying to beat him to death. He said he called upon the Lord and defended himself to the best of his abilities. Seconds later a white Cadillac pulled up and Dr. Frank knew that these were the space brothers who were supposed to pick him up. They rushed to his aid, attacking the crooks where they were immediately subdued. On top of that one of the space brothers, Donn, melted the back tires, and reached ‘thru’ the glass to grab the driver and threw him alongside the other two bandits. Dr. Frank was instructed to get into the white Cadillac, where he watched with amazement, one of the space brothers gesturing with his hands towards the black Cadillac plus the 3 laying not the ground and within an instant were vanished into thin air. “Let’s just say they were displaced, Frank,” they answered, driving onwards to Henderson, Nevada. They not only handed him back his wallet which was taken from him during the brawl, but also said they would fix his broken glasses once they went aboard the spaceship waiting for them.

The Need for Jesus in the Lives of Earth People
The Venusians have said to Dr. Frank for the need of Jesus within the lives of the people of Earth. “Jesus came for the people of Earth,” they have stated. When Dr. Frank asked the Venusians if they pray to Jesus they said 'no, we pray to God because Jesus specifically came to help men of Earth.’
Final message of Valiant Thor
Val Thor left a message through Dr. Frank for the people of Earth.
"The very fact that you are open to truth is amply reflected in your interest in Dr. Frank's book. It is no accident that you have come in contact with Dr. Frank Stranges. If you, as a student, are ready for the whole truth, he will teach you.
Be prepared to launch out into areas of research and investigation that will excite your high consciousness such as never before. Reevaluate your personal goals and seek to change them for the better, accordingly. Remember, You must be the one to change.
You have been reminded that success and prosperity must be experienced FIRST in the mind, then it will become a REALITY. Let me also state the importance of your overall contribution of love, time and devotion to service. Loyalty to your Overseer who is Christ along with the unselfish gift of your substance can only result in heavenly treasure.
Once you have made your commitment to the Master, keep that commitment. To forfeit it is to break your word. It is called your love tithe to God. Do not be surprised that I mention this.
In fulfilling this commitment you will be counted as worthy in God’s eyes to be one CHOSEN for a specific task. To deny yourself this will also hamper your Spiritual growth. Begin to place yourself in the position of a LEADER instead of a follower. The decision is clearly up to you.
Many wonder why God is using you, mankind, to perpetuate His will. This thought was established from the beginning. You are a part of that plan—if you so choose. Let your mind be permeated by the Divine Mind and you will work exploits in His Name.
Many have requested that I come and lecture, conduct classes, teach you what I know. This is quite impossible. However, through Dr. Stranges, a vehicle has been designed to fulfill that request.
It would not be practical for you to expect me to come to teach you individually or collectively at this time as I must perform the following tasks in my position:
Command the Starship as well as Victor One
Head the Venusian Council of Twelve
Control certain outposts around this planet
Oversee the task forces used to contain radiation around your cities
Oversee the task forces used to control planets
Conduct seminars on the Starship for the indoctrination of those visiting from other star systems
Monitor discussion and plans by world leaders
Prevent atomic holocaust by exercising certain limits on certain human agencies
Work in full harmony with our Heavenly Creator
Please do remember that there are at this time seven persons, of various backgrounds and experience on this Earth who have been gifted with a keen insight regarding matters pertaining to the future of this planet. It would do you good to listen to these four men and three women, one of whom is Dr. Frank Stranges. The others will make themselves known to their groups in their respective parts of the globe.
In conclusion, please remember to keep God’s Word. Seek to do good. Think thoughts of purity and Godliness. You can change yourself for good and thereby the world will change. Do not be guilty of ignorance or avoidance of the Perfect Will of God.
